FREE+ is your small business key to efficiency. This program is designed to provide FREE technical and financial support to implement change for small businesses in northeast Denver.
Eligibility How to Apply Program Process
By participating in FREE+, your business will receive customized efficiency recommendations
to reduce energy and water consumption. Not only that, but FREE+ technical staff members will
help you select and implement the best recommendation for your business and will even help you
choose a contractor to install the improvement, if necessary. ...And perhaps the best part is that the program
will pay an average of $4,000 per qualified business for installation costs! The benefits don't end there if your
improvement is covered by a utility rebate. This is an opportunity your business can't afford to miss.
Phase I of this program, which began in 2003, was very successful, and Phase II should be even more so with the addition of water conservation as a goal.
